Privacy Policy

Last updated 21 July 2026

This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what rights you have. It is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). The short version: the only personal data I ask for is your email address, and only if you choose to give it.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Gabriele Nigro (an individual), operating https://www.gabrielenigro.com.

  • Contact: hello@gabrielenigro.com

What data I collect

  • Your email address, when you request the free Starter Kit or subscribe to the newsletter.
  • The content of any message you send me, if you email me directly.
  • Basic technical logs kept by my hosting provider (for example IP address and browser type), used only to keep the site running and secure.

This site has no user accounts and takes no payments. I do not knowingly collect any special categories of data.

Why I use it, and my legal basis

  • To send you the Starter Kit and occasional emails: on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give when you submit the sign-up form, and can withdraw at any time.
  • To reply to you: on the basis of your request and my legitimate interest in answering (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • To keep the site secure and working: on the basis of my legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

I never sell your data, and I do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who processes your data

I use a small number of trusted service providers, each acting as a processor on my behalf:

  • MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, European Union): sending the Starter Kit and newsletter.
  • Zoho (Zoho Corporation, EU data centre): my own email inbox.
  • Vercel (Vercel Inc., United States): website hosting.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long I keep it

I keep your email address for as long as you stay subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it, I remove it promptly, except where I must keep limited records to meet a legal obligation.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and Spanish law you have the right to:

  • access the data I hold about you;
  • have it corrected if it is wrong;
  • have it erased;
  • restrict or object to how I use it;
  • receive it in a portable format;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting past processing.

To exercise any of these, email hello@gabrielenigro.com. Every newsletter also has a one-click unsubscribe link.

If you believe I have mishandled your data, you have the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD) at www.aepd.es.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and I do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be reflected here.
