Cookie Policy

Plain and honest: the only cookies this website may set are analytics cookies, and they stay off until you agree. Everything is denied by default. You can accept, decline, or change your mind at any time.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website can store on your device. They are often used to remember choices or to measure how a site is used. Under Spanish law (Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002, LSSI-CE) and the GDPR, non-essential cookies require your prior consent. That is why the analytics on this site are switched off until you opt in.
What I use
I use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand which pages are useful.
That is the only reason. I do not run advertising, retargeting, or profiling, and I do not sell
or share your data. When you consent, Google may set analytics cookies (for example
_ga) to measure visits.
Google Consent Mode is configured so that, before any consent, analytics and advertising storage are set to denied. Nothing that stores or reads a cookie for analytics runs until you choose Accept.
Remembering your choice
To avoid asking on every visit, I store your decision in your browser using a single
localStorage entry called consent.analytics. This is strictly
necessary to honour your choice, so it does not itself require consent. It stays on your device,
is not sent to me, and holds only the word "granted" or "declined".
Changing or withdrawing consent
You can change your mind whenever you like. Use the button below to reopen the consent choice, or clear this site's data in your browser settings to be asked again.
Google as a processor
When analytics is enabled, Google acts as a data processor and may process data on servers outside the European Economic Area, including the United States, under its own safeguards. See Google's own privacy and cookie documentation for detail. If you decline, this processing does not happen.
Other third-party links
When you click a link to another site, such as a book retailer, that site may set its own cookies under its own policy. I do not control those cookies. Please review the policy of any site you visit.
Changes
If I change how cookies or analytics are used, I will update this page and, where consent is required, ask for it before anything is set.
